What to eat between the meals?
It is the most confusing question which we ask our self when on a weight loss or weight maintenance journey. When on the road of deciding what to eat, we got so hungry and pissed off that we often end up eating that sugary biscuit, fried chips or that full of carbs Maggie....So let me save your time and diet too and give you a few healthy mid-meal and snack ideas:

1. Apple and Peanut Butter

 Apple is an iron-rich fruit which is available in every season and at every place. You can have it at any time but taking apple alone is completely boring. Combining it with a tbsp. Of Peanut butter makes it more nutritious and filling. Cut 1 apple and top it up with sugar-free peanut butter and your delicious snack is ready.

 2. Bhuna Chana 

The most common food to have on a diet is Bhuna Chana. Black chickpeas roasted in salt ...loaded with proteins, Chanas are tasty, healthy and are easily available. You can go for any be it salted or unsalted but make sure it's not fried. Just a handful of chana kills your cravings. You can also have some green tea along with it.

3. Green Tea with Threptin Biscuits

For all the chai and biscuit lovers this is the best substitute for your mid time chai cravings. As we know, green tea is a zero calorie beverage. And nowadays many good brands have come up with different flavors of green tea like Lemon Honey, Cinnamon, Ginger, etc. Alternately many different types of zero calorie teas can be used like Hibiscus tea, Matcha Tea, Green coffee....You can go for any one you like and can also take different one on every day of the week so that you won't get bored. Along with it instead of sugary biscuit go for Threptin biscuits which are full of protein, and just one or two biscuits will keep you full for hours.

5. Sprouts Chaat

Sprout is the cheapest source of protein for vegans and vegetarians. It is tasty, filling and full of nutrients. Take about 80-100 gms of mixed sprouts in a bowl. Add Cucumber, Tomato, Onion, Spices and top it up with some lemon juice and coriander.

You can take half or one scoop of any good quality protein with water in between your meals. Make sure it's of good quality and is gluten-free.
