Liquid Diet Plan For weight Loss


Don't We all want to get rid of that extra fat as soon as possible to fit into those denim shorts or for that red party dress or for friend's wedding and for many more occasions?  For long term fitness goal I would suggest you to go for a balanced 1200 calorie meal plan but if you need a temporary solution for a dress to fit in just go for this liquid diet plan and lose up to 2-4 pounds in 3 days. 

Following are few diet plans with some instructions:

Liquid Diet Plan 1 :


Wake up and have 2 glasses of water
8:00 AM - Bottleguard Juice
9:00 AM- Milk/Tea/coffee
10:00 AM- Breakfast -Apple shake in milk without sugar or Fresh fruit Juice
11:00 AM- Green Tea
12:00 PM- Coconut water
2:00 PM- Lunch- 1 big bowl of lentil soup (you can add spinach, coriander, Lauki in it)
3:00 PM- Buttermilk
4:00 PM- Hot Water
5:00 PM- Milk/Tea/Coffee
6:00 PM- 1 big bowl of soup with lots of veggies in it.
7:00 PM-  Hot Water
8:00 PM- Bowl of Lentils with some salad
10:00 PM- Hot Milk with some turmeric or elaichi powder

Note: 

• Free Foods -  Any good quality protein powder in water or buttermilk twice or thrice in a day, 2 cups of milk tea without sugar, lemon water, Green Tea, Green coffee, Black coffee with lemon.
• You can follow this plan for maximum of 7 days. After that start with semi liquid diet like khichdi, porridge, dalia and oats. You can start normal food from 9th day.
• For Extreme and uncontrollable hunger go for dry fruit milk or a tbsp of unsweetened Peanut butter.
• Drink 2-3 liters of water daily.

 
Liquid Diet Plan 2:


 This is the easiest and cheapest diet plan I have ever seen. All you need is milk and mosambi. 

Early Morning: 2 glasses of warm water
8:00 AM - 1 glass fresh Mosambi Juice
10:00 AM- 1 glass Toned Milk
12:00 PM- 1 glass fresh Mosambi Juice
2:00 PM- 1 glass Toned Milk
4:00 PM- 1 glass fresh Mosambi Juice
6:00 PM- 1 glass Toned Milk
8:00 PM- 1 glass Mosambi Juice
10:00 PM- 1 glass Toned Milk

Note: 

• A glass of Mosambi juice is to be made out of 4 Mosambi.
• A glass of Milk means 250-300 ml of toned milk at a time without sugar. You can add some elaichi powder or a pinch of dalchini powder for taste.
• You can have milk in any form be it cold or hot. You can also make a cold coffee out of it but without sugar.
• Drink 2-3 liters of water daily
• You can follow this plan for maximum of 7 days. After that start with semi liquid diet like khichdi, porridge, dalia and oats. You can start normal food from 9th day.
Free Foods: In between you can have 2 cups of milk tea without sugar, lemon water, Green Tea, Green coffee, Black coffee with lemon ... Instead of juice, you can also eat mosambi.

Liquid Diet Plan 3:


8:00 AM - Dry Fruit Milk (Blend soaked dry fruits in a blander)
10:00 AM-  Protein shake in milk and apple
12:00 PM- Pomegranate Juice
2:00 PM- Lentil Soup with cucumbers
4:00 PM- Carrot Juice
6:00 PM- Protein shake with milk and apple
8:00 PM- Vegetable soup with paneer(50 gms) or Homemade chicken soup
10:00 PM- A glass of Toned Milk

Note:

With all of these diet plans, you don't have to follow any high intensity workout just go for a 30-minute brisk walk once or twice in a day.
