Perfect Dinner To Lose Weight

Dinner time is that time of the day when we always end up breaking our diet and munching on something unhealthy. This is due to the fact that we always think of either skipping or eating very less for the dinner which leads to cravings and make us eat junk. Rather than skipping why not try eating something tasty and healthy. Below are some tasty dinner recipes:

1. Paneer Tikka

Shocked! Don't be! Yes you heard right. Paneer Tikka for dinner but in a healthier version. We are not gonna eat that fried Paneer Tikka made in the cornflour marination rather we are gonna opt for a healthier version of paneer tikka. For instance using curd for marination or simply cooking paneer with veggies in less oil. My favorite version is :
In a pan, Add 1 tbsp nutrilite butter.
• After a minute add some ginger garlic paste
• After sometime add onions and spices of your choice. I only add salt and turmeric
• After they get semi cooked, Add some mixed bell peppers
• keep on stiring it, Yeah its ready.
Its simple, easy and yummy too.
 This dinner will keep you full for hours and you won't binge on unhealthy food.

Time: Eat it before 7 pm

2. Oatmeal

I don't think oats need any introduction. We all know it is the healthiest food containing insoluble fiber and omega 3 fatty acids. For dinner,  you can opt for gluten free or rolled oats. Just add half cup of oats in a glass of milk and top it up with some seeds, dry fruits, fruits and honey. This is it.. Your filling dinner is ready.  

Time: Can have it anytime

3. Red Kidney beans/Lentils

Easiest Vegan Protein rich dinner is red Kidney beans or lentils salad. You can go for any beans like red kidney beans, chickpeas, lentils etc. Just Take 100 gms of boiled lentils. Add onions, cucumbers, tomato and some spices. Mix it well and at the end garnish it with some coriander and lemon juice. 

Time: Have it before 8pm

4. Boiled Eggs

The easiest and convenient dish for dinner time is two boiled eggs. You can also go for some stir fried-veggies and green tea along with it. 

Time: can have it anytime

5. Spaghetti 

Till the dinner time, you must be craving for some Chinese food, why not trying a healthy version of Chinese like wheat or semolina spaghetti with Zucchini and Carrot noodles. You just need to invest a bit in a good spiral. Trust me its worth it. It's a 20-minute recipe. Make it and serve it hot with some soup or ketchup.

6. Cauliflower Rice

We all love our Pulaos, Biryanis and Fried rice but for a sound way of life we can't have this on everyday schedule. So for day to day feast we can make tasty Pulao by replacing rice, which are full of carbs with cauliflower, which is full of fiber. Along with it have some dal or vegetable.

7. Quinoa 

Quinoa is a gluten free and protein rich super grain helps in fulfilling the daily requirement of protein in vegetarians and vegans. It has crunchy and nutty taste. It can used as an alternative while cooking many dishes, for instance :
Dish - Replacement
Rice Pulao - Quinoa Pulao
Poha - Quinoa Poha
Noodles in soup - Quinoa in soup
Bread Crumbs- cooked quinoa
You can also add Quinoa in your salads.

Time:  Anytime 

8. Some Other Options:

You can also have :
•vegetable khichdi
•Multigrain Dalia
•Masala Oats
•Dal with salad
•Red Poha
for dinner.
